A huge, sincere, and gracious thank you to Dr. Cavallari and his amazing staff! I made the tough decision to get braces as an adult. I was very nervous about this process. Each and every time I went to the office I was greeted with a smile and kind words. I looked forward to my appointments and small talk with the staff and Dr. Cavallari. In all honesty, I am not a fan of any kind of dental appointments. However, all of my appointments with Dr. Cavallari and his staff were pain free. Dr. Cavallari and his staff were always thoughtful during my appointments to see how I was doing. They always asked if I had any questions or concerns with regards to my braces. I cannot express my delight with Dr. Cavallari & his staff. You are always greeted with a smile and cheerful disposition when you come through the door. If you ever had to sit in the waiting room it was never long. Your appointment time is truly your appointment time. They worked around my schedule. They took time to answer every question from beginning to end. After every appointment the care instruction/ rubber band placement was clear and thorough. My son felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. The staff greeted us by name for every appointment. My son has been left with a fantastic and handsome smile. I can’t say enough about Dr. Cavallari & the ladies at Lockport Orthodontics! Every time I walked in for an appointment I was greeted by many cheerful smiles and a fun chat throughout my adjustments.
